REPAIR CYCLE
The panel department employs the latest repair technology and equipment (e.g. Celette Naja) in order to reinstate the full integrity of the vehicle and return it to it's original status.
Our MET area, served by our fully trained MET staff, strips all vehicles with the utmost care and consideration in preparation for panel repair/replacement. All recoverable components are carefully removed and placed in storage ready for re-assembly.
Upon completion all vehicles are valeted and a final quality inspection carried out before notification is made to the insurer or customer that their car is ready for return or collection.
On completion of the repair all vehicles are prepared and inspected before entering our state of the art spray booths where the latest computerized water based paint systems are used by our specialist technicians to provide a perfect finish.
